Morgana Villazzi
Morgana Villazzi was born in Parma and from a young age showed a gritty, determined character and a marked curiosity. Her passion for the art of mixology began during her adolescence, and at just 18 years old, she signed her first work contract in Bologna. In 2012, her desire to establish herself as a professional in the industry led her to attend the “American Bartending” course, followed by courses in mixology and “bar management.”
She worked in prestigious and renowned establishments such as Sheraton and Relais, allowing her to gain a decade of experience that undoubtedly enriched her skills. Her career took her to Palma de Mallorca, England, the Canary Islands, and Central America.
After 10 long years, nostalgia for her homeland prompted her to return to Italy, where she gained further experience in Salina and Chiavenna (near the border with Saint Moritz). She eventually discovered the reality of Pollio Farm and embraced the project of taking the art of mixology to a higher level, combining it with exclusively homemade preparations using 0 km raw materials.

Placed in a green setting, our elegant and sophisticated location isdedicated to sensory experiences, knowledge, relaxation, as well asmusical, artistic, and cultural events. It transforms into an exclusivetrendy club starting from sunset, offering selected private areas with DJs,champagne bars, and crudités for dancing or continuing the post-dinnerfestivities. Enhancing your conversations, you’ll enjoy a pleasant background oflounge music or live performances by artists exclusively for you. Indulge indelightful desserts, gourmet coffee bar, crafted long drinks, a well-curatedselection of beers, gins, spirits, and national/international wines, alongwith tempting ‘farm-to-table’ finger foods incorporated into tasting tours. To complete the experience, a unique worldwide list of signature drinks,all sourced from our estate’s grounds.
The lounge bar is open every dayexcept Thursdays, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
